Technical examination and control of electrotechnical installations and systems; Verification of the professional execution of electrical work based on the respective project specifications; Identification, documentation, and tracking of technical defects and deviations; Control of electrical components, installations, switchgear, and distributions; Monitoring and consideration of relevant safety requirements during electrotechnical work; Technical accompaniment of construction and electrical projects; Examination of plans, technical documents, and execution details; Technical coordination with clients, project managers, planners, suppliers, and executing companies; Support in the planning and organization of electrotechnical project processes; Technical assessment of project requirements; Creation and examination of technical documentation; Support in the creation of technical offers and service descriptions; Quality control during the execution of electrotechnical work; Technical consulting internally; Use of his knowledge in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN Electric P8, SEE Electrical, and other technical applications; Continuous professional development of the electrotechnical business area 4. Tasks as Managing Director – approx. 30 % Within the scope of his managing director function, in particular: Operative co-management and further development ; Participation in strategic corporate planning; Planning and coordination of operational processes; Monitoring ongoing projects regarding quality, deadlines, and profitability; Coordination of order processing; Customer care and maintenance of existing business relationships; Participation in the acquisition of new orders; Examination and participation in the creation of offers and calculations; Negotiations with customers, suppliers, and business partners within the scope of his competencies; Coordination of external project partners and subcontractors; Participation in budget, investment, and resource planning; Control of the economic development of the projects he supervises; Establishment of internal work and quality processes; Participation in the future recruitment and technical leadership of employees; Organization and further development of the electrotechnical area of activity; Representation of the company towards customers and business partners within the scope of his function. Professional Qualification For the exercise of the function, Mr. Ferhat brings, in particular, practical experience in the following areas: Inspection and control of electrical systems; Electrical System Inspection & Compliance; Electrical Safety Standards & Regulations; Circuit Breaker & Panelboard Inspection; Electrical installations and project applications; Technical control and determination of deviations; Occupational safety and work organization; AutoCAD Electrical; EPLAN Electric P8; SEE Electrical; Technical documentation and project processing.
