Reference Nurse

MISSION

• Perform nursing care and basic care at the home of persons presenting a state of physical, psychic dependency or a disability.
• Integrate health promotion and prevention concepts into one's practice.
• Implement the care projects of clients, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of the CMS and the network.
• Ensure the role of person in charge of the situation by performing clinical analyses and by performing and delegating quality services

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Experience or interest in mental health, an asset
• Interest in home care and multidisciplinary teamwork
• Ability to work independently and to deal with complex situations
• Excellent clinical analysis and negotiation skills
• Very good organizational skills
• Driver's license (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of usual IT tools and the French language
