Interior Design Consultant (m/f) at Möbel Märki in Hunzenschwil

Möbel Märki is the largest, still truly Swiss interior design specialist store with 6 branches in German-speaking Switzerland. We advise in the showroom, at the customers' homes and at the most important public trade fairs. Our motto is «schöner Wohnen – besser Leben – das märki mir!».

We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic personalities who radiate and create sympathy instantly - people who are aware that selling is always at the forefront, either we sell an idea, ourselves or an object such as a piece of furniture.

Being able to listen carefully and being mindful is the basis for understanding the living situation in dialogue and designing a new interior concept for the customers. The successful customer conversations last an hour or longer. In doing so, we develop the best solution for the customer step by step and appear elegantly and with excellence. We are only satisfied when our customers are also satisfied.

To understand the wide assortment and expand interior design competence, we organize weekly exchange of experience and training within the team. There we also share our planning ideas in order to create even one more solution for our customers. We like to serve and perform and are always striving to expand our personal skills.

We wish our consultants to be committed and reliable, hardworking and focused, humorous and with a fresh appearance. High self- and social competence are required. Style confidence, an affinity for design, materials and colors and the ability to present, even with spontaneous hand sketches, facilitate everyday life. Re-entrants and part-time employees (from 60%) are also welcome, whereby Saturday is always included in the weekly roster.

We offer a good working atmosphere, small teams, independent work and a commission system that rewards above-average performance accordingly. We offer good social benefits and a pension fund with a funding ratio over 120.

Please address your application to Ilse Furter. We look forward to it if we fit together and find each other and walk the further professional path together. «Das märki mir!»
