On average 1-2 nights a week, you will accompany small children and children through the night and ensure that they feel safe and secure. The position is ideal for professionals as well as for re-enterers who want to work with heart, sense of responsibility, and joy in working with children. Your tasks • You accompany small children and children through the night and contribute to them feeling safe and secure. • To ensure they have a restful night's sleep, you create a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. • You provide comprehensive care by supporting medical and therapeutic concerns. • You carry out the monitoring and documentation of your work according to the required quality standards. • Through your close cooperation with the day shift, you ensure seamless 24-hour care - so everyone is well taken care of around the clock. Your profile • You have completed training as a health or care specialist (EFZ) or are a nursing professional (BP/HF/FH). • Working with children gives you pleasure, and thanks to your creative solution approaches, you can react flexibly to different situations. • You appreciate independent work during the night and are happy to take on responsibility. • We are looking for an open and motivated personality who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary environment. • You are looking forward to becoming an integral part of an empathetic, appreciative team and bringing a pinch of humor.
