Sales Engineer

For our client in the Schaffhausen area, we are looking for a Sales Engineer ##### In this challenging position with high independence and great creative leeway, you will take over the active market development in the field of pump and process technology in various fields of application, including in the heavy industry. Your main tasks: • Acquisition of new projects with end customers, OEM partners as well as building and developing sales partners in defined international market segments • Expansion of existing customer relationships through active networking and targeted needs analysis to identify additional projects and sales potential • Consulting and support of contacts at management and project level, in particular production, maintenance, plant, purchasing and project managers • Responsibility for the entire sales and project process - from customer inquiry to successful project completion - in close cooperation with the internal project manager and management • Representation of the company at international trade fairs, conferences and industry events • Positioning of successful reference projects to further strengthen our market presence Your profile: • Degree in business engineering, mechanical engineering or technical training with business management further education • Several years of experience in international technical sales, ideally in the field of pumps for hydraulics and process technology • Entrepreneurially thinking, structured and reliable personality with high self-initiative • Pronounced communication and negotiating skills • Very good German and English language skills in word and writing; further languages are an advantage • International travel readiness Do you want to change and the offer meets your expectations?
