We expect from you:

• That you are a consultant heart and soul. This means that you quickly and precisely recognize client needs, that you can propose pragmatic solutions, and that you know how to implement them effectively.
• At least 3 years of experience in the deployment and development of SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 functionalities.
• A university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in business informatics or computer science.
• Communication adapted to the level of our clients as well as a strong service mentality.
• A passion for technology and the pleasure of working in a dynamic environment.
• You communicate in excellent German and good English.
• An activity rate of 80% to 100%, a main place of work in Bern, Zurich, or Basel, as well as flexibility for travel within German-speaking Switzerland.
• A positive attitude towards risk and the willingness to make an extra effort.
