Amstein + Sicherheit AG is a neutral consulting and planning office in the field of safety. We advise, plan, and accompany the implementation of safety solutions in demanding construction, infrastructure, and operational projects. Our employees support customers from the initial analysis to successful implementation in the project.
What defines the role
You support our customers with strategic and conceptual questions regarding Safety and Security. In doing so, you analyze risks and requirements, develop safety solutions, safety concepts, and decision-making bases, and accompany their implementation in demanding projects.
The focus is on analysis, conception, and consulting, less on operational security tasks.
These are your tasks
Development of safety analyses, safety solutions, safety concepts, and safety standards
Advising clients, operators, authorities, and project teams
Participation in and assumption of partial project management in interdisciplinary safety projects
Accompanying the implementation of structural, technical, and organizational safety measures in planning and execution
Contributing to offers, workshops, and customer presentations
Supporting the team leader with technical and strategic questions
What you bring with you
Several years of experience in safety consulting, safety planning, or safety projects
Ability to translate risks and requirements into practical and implementable solutions
Enjoyment of conceptual, analytical, and strategic questions as well as working with customers and project partners
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English is an advantage
Interest and willingness to familiarize yourself with new specialist areas
