Your mission will include: Preparing and baking preparations under the control of managers Carrying out the mise en place Storing goods Mastering and applying hygiene rules (HACCP) Applying the standards and procedures of the hotel Ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment made available to you REQUIRED PROFILE Professional diploma (CAP/CFC in pastry) Experience in a similar position in an establishment of the same level Oral mastery of French Dynamic person having a team spirit Flexibility and adaptability Sense of responsibility Speed of learning.
