The Department Secretariat supports the Department Management and is responsible for the digital transformation in the Bau- und Justizdepartement. The project management pool of the Amt für Geoinformation supports the Department Secretariat and the specialist offices in the development and implementation of digital projects. For the Abteilung Dienstleistungen, we are looking for an IS Officer and Project Manager, 80-100%, as of 04.01.2027 or by arrangement at the Solothurn location. Your responsibility You initialize, plan and lead IT and digitalization projects for the Department Secretariat and the specialist offices. Together with the departments, you analyze problems, processes and requirements and develop solution concepts as well as decision-making bases. You support the maintenance of the departmental project portfolio as well as the coordination and prioritization of projects, also in the AI field. As an Information Security Officer, you assess protection needs, risks and security requirements and advise the offices. Your profile You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering or a comparable qualification. Your sound experience helps you in the collection of functional requirements and in the creation of solution concepts.
