CURAVIVA is the national industry association of service providers for people in old age. As part of the ARTISET federation, CURAVIVA represents the interests of around 1’650 organizations that care for and support 110’000 people in old age. Together with the industry associations INSOS, YOUVITA, as well as the educational provider ARTISET Bildung, CURAVIVA belongs to the ARTISET federation. Managing Director CURAVIVA \& Member of the Executive Board ARTISET As part of the succession planning, we are looking for, as of October 2026 or by arrangement, a Managing Director CURAVIVA \& Member of the Executive Board ARTISET Your tasks: You will assume operational responsibility for the industry association CURAVIVA with a direct team of around 6 employees. As the "face" of CURAVIVA, you will maintain relationships with collective and individual members throughout Switzerland, as well as with national organizations with related thematic focuses, and promote the positioning of the industry association. As a member of the executive board of ARTISET, you will actively participate in shaping the culture, HR, and organizational development of the office and assume responsibility for the transversal association services and budgets assigned to you. Your profile: You bring a proven track record in a leadership position in the health or social sector. You have sound experience in association management and ideally have further training in the NPO sector. You have experience in project management and in concept work. You are an integrative, empathetic, and resilient leadership personality. You succeed in representing specific interests while simultaneously keeping the overall picture in mind and assuming the associated responsibility.
