The role...
In our production, everything revolves around the manufacture of high-quality, cellulose-based transformerboard sheets. As a plant operator, you will work on our two transformerboard plants, the associated peripheral plants, as well as in our sawing center, and together with your team, ensure a reliable and smooth production process. You will work in a regulated 3-shift model with the following working hours: early shift 05:00–13:00, night shift 21:00–05:00, and late shift 13:00–21:00.

How you will make a difference...

• Operating and controlling the computer-controlled board machine in the wet and dry sections as well as the sheet saw
• Operating the machines in material preparation
• Assisting in the analysis of problems with the production plants or the finished material
• Quality control of the ongoing production
• Recording feedback and usage decisions in SAP S/4HANA (PP module)
• Assisting with maintenance work, e.g., fabric changes, simple mechanical maintenance work, and cleaning work
• Willingness for sporadic weekend work

What you bring with you...

• Completed training in a manual or technical field, e.g., as Anlagenführer EFZ or similar
• Several years of experience in operating large-scale industrial plants
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, at least level B2
• Good PC user skills are mandatory; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• SUVA recognized forklift license is an advantage
• Manual dexterity, teamwork skills, technical process understanding, and a strong sense of safety awareness
