Responsible for Financial Accounting, HR & Administration 60–100 %

Do you enjoy numbers, people, and a versatile role? Then you will take on responsibility for finances, personnel administration, and various organizational topics with us.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for financial accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment transactions, and dunning management
• Support with monthly and annual closings as well as VAT returns
• Processing of expenses and other administrative financial topics
• Participation in the implementation of our new ERP system in the finance area
• Independent personnel administration from entry to exit
• Preparation of payroll runs as well as support for social insurance and pension fund
• Maintenance of personnel files, time, and vacation balances
• Support in recruiting and employee care
• Organization and coordination of appointments, events, and internal matters
• Participation in administrative projects and deputy roles

What you bring with you

• Professional experience in finance, HR administration, or a comparable role
• Good knowledge of Swiss financial and personnel administration
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital work tools
• Exact, reliable, and discreet way of working
• Independence, organizational talent, and enjoyment of versatile tasks
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of contact with employees
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
