Specialist Advisor in Building Automation (AUBAT)

Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% | What you can contribute * Develop guidelines relating to building automation as well as integrated automation concepts, and ensure their implementation in construction or renovation projects * Ensure the management and support of specialized AUBAT designers and external system integrators, and ensure the quality of strategies, specifications and functional descriptions * Accompany projects from strategic and conceptual phases, through the study phase and tenders, up to commissioning, full tests and final acceptance * Serve as the main technical intermediary between project management, facility and building management, installation management, IT services and external partners * Provide expertise on both strategic issues and within specialized bodies and working groups, develop norms and guidelines, advise internal services on complex issues related to AUBAT What makes you unique * Higher technical training or degree in the field of building automation, technical installations, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline * Several years of professional experience in building automation, technical installations or the planning and implementation of integrated building technology projects * In-depth knowledge of building automation, systems integration, commissioning, proven knowledge of applicable norms and standards * Experience in the technical management or supervision of specialized designers and external project partners, very good communication and negotiation skills * Autonomous, organized and solution-oriented personality, ability to provide high-quality work; strategic understanding * Active knowledge of a second official language In a few words Actively participate in the construction of the buildings of tomorrow.
