Die Stiftung Säntisblick offers over 110 people with cognitive impairments various forms of living, working, and occupation. These are distributed across two residential homes, several apartments, and four day centers in the village of Degersheim.

If you would like to work in this environment, we offer you as of

01.November one 30-50% position and one 50-80% position as FaBe EFZ or with a comparable agogic training.

Due to the current team situation, we can only consider applications with the mentioned educational background.

Your future area of work will be the shared living communities in the village, in which adults with cognitive impairments live. You will accompany them individually and in an orientation to their needs in their daily lives and actively support them in their social participation.

Säntisblick is a place where meaningful daily structures, freedom, a good atmosphere, and the quality of life of the people living with us are of the highest importance. Irregular working hours, participation in leisure, holiday offers, and cross-departmental events are also part of the requirement profile. Cooking and housekeeping are also included.
