In this versatile role, you will care for elderly patients and combine professional nursing with the individual consideration of their needs and resources.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent, SRK-recognized training
• Professional experience in an acute hospital or in rehabilitation
• Interest in the care and support of elderly people
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
• High social competence, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of working in an interprofessional environment
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user knowledge

Tasks ##

• Professional and individual care and support of elderly patients
• Responsibility for a structured and professionally sound nursing process
• Application and continuation of the nursing diagnostic process according to NANDA
• Assessment of the nursing situation and implementation of suitable nursing measures
• Promotion and support of FaGe apprentices and HF students in everyday nursing
• Close cooperation with medical, therapeutic, and other specialists
• Active representation of nursing concerns in interprofessional exchange
• Participation in a continuously high quality of care
• No night shifts
