• You support our employees in first- and second-level support and find pragmatic solutions for their concerns
• You manage our modern Microsoft-365 environment as well as the workplace infrastructure and ensure smooth operation
• You analyze and resolve faults in the areas of hardware, software, network, security (firewall etc.), and communication
• You participate in ICT projects, take over such projects, and support the introduction of new technologies and solutions
• You coordinate external ICT partners and contribute to professional cooperation
• Together with the team, you make an important contribution to a stable, secure, and future-oriented ICT landscape

What you bring with you

• Training as an Informatiker:in EFZ specialty Systemtechnik/Plattformentwicklung or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in ICT support
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Windows 11, and Azure
• Good knowledge in the network area, ideally in the Cisco environment
• Sound knowledge in routing, switching, WiFi, firewall technologies
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, or endpoint management is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Proficient German skills as well as English skills are an advantage
