Also for the 4th quarter of the year 2026, CarePeople AG will expand the new teams of the CarePeople-Crew. These specialist CarePeople-Crews work in close cooperation with our customers and are recruited specifically for customer assignments. Areas of application depending on qualification in the following teams: Crew-Acute Area Specialty Orthopaedics
The employees of the CarePeople-Crews are employed at a lucrative fixed monthly salary (incl. additional days off), based on the cantonal annual working hours. We are happy to advise you on these individual workload models based on annual working hours (permanent employment relationship) in a personal conversation.

Requirement Profile ##

• You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH and bring at least two years of professional experience in acute care, ideally in the specialty area of orthopaedics.
• You possess very good specialist knowledge and are characterized by a reliable way of working.
• With your quick comprehension, you can competently support a team within a very short time and create added value for the internal teams. Recurring assignments and team belonging at the place of assignment is the goal.
• Through your open-minded and uncomplicated manner, you can quickly integrate into a new team.
• You are flexible and open to committing yourself to quality standards and service delivery as a member of the CarePeople-Crew in defined areas of application.

For this varied employment, you bring at least two years of professional experience in the mentioned specialty areas for the team build-up 2026/2027 and are motivated to commit yourself to the customer through qualitative service delivery. Quick comprehension and mutual flexibility are prerequisites.

Tasks ##

• You are part of CarePeople AG and will be deployed at our operating sites according to your individual deployment planning and profile discussions.
• You support the respective internal teams in the assigned specialty areas in defined, time-limited, but recurring workload assignments.
• Independent assumption of patient groups, accompanying students and trainees, as well as partially assuming daily responsibility.

The cooperation with the operating sites and CarePeople AG will be discussed with you regularly, and further additional options in the employment relationships, individual work-life models, and deepened areas of responsibility are possible by arrangement.
