In order to complete our team, we are looking for a Medical Secretary Your mission Welcome and perform patient admission Schedule and organize appointments, surgical interventions, and examinations Ensure the administrative management of patient files Manage invoices and the collection of consultation fees Perform typing of reports and other correspondence Manage the mail for the entire secretariat Manage material orders Your assets Holder of a CFC as a medical assistant, or as a commercial employee, a medical secretarial diploma or training deemed equivalent Benefiting from experience as a confirmed medical secretary. Hospital experience is an asset Perfect mastery of the French language, a good level of spelling is required.
