Your tasks

• Sale and consultation of drinks and food
• Correct operation of the cash register and the EC terminals
• Execution of cleaning work at the buffet and in the restaurant
• Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene guidelines according to HACCP
• Preparation of the mise en place for day and evening operations
• Pre- and post-processing of events (setup and dismantling work)
• Supervision of apéros
• Filling of the bar/ stock/ back office
• Correct waste disposal

Your qualifications

• Experience in high-end service mandatory
• Fluent German and good English skills in speaking
• Open to further tasks (all-rounder ability)
• Impeccable manners with employees and guests
• Open, honest and direct communication in the team and towards supervisors
• Open-minded, team-oriented and honest
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Eye for detail
