We are recruiting a: Social educator in an open setting at 60% Your mission: Follow-up of adults in great difficulty, affected in their health, within the framework of an integration process; of psycho-social support; Administrative support related to their files, assistance with income management; Management of issues related to housing; Support for access to care, prevention and health promotion. Your profile: To have a Bachelor HES degree in social work or a title deemed equivalent; Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting adults in difficulty; Experience in the field of addictions and/or in psychiatry; Knowledge of the Vaud social reintegration system and social insurances; Motivation for teamwork and sense of responsibility; Skills in managing complex administrative files; Driving license indispensable.
