As part of a 9-month maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Training Manager at 80% to join the Plateforme Autonomie Plus (PAP), a labor market measure dedicated to the rapid and sustainable reintegration of unemployed, low-skilled, and non-French-speaking persons. Training Manager at 80% Your role A true pedagogical and organizational conductor, you guarantee the continuity of relevance, quality, and the fluidity of the training offer. You are the pivot person between participants, trainers, institutional requirements, and the objectives of the measure. Your main missions • Guarantee pedagogical coherence: ensure the application of pedagogical objectives and the coherence of practices within the trainer team • Support the team: support trainers in their professional development (daily support, class visits, constructive feedback, practice exchange workshops) and contribute to the integration of new collaborators • Follow participants: identify individual learning needs and propose adapted progression strategies, in close connection with the team • Manage delicate situations: approach tensions and potential sensitive situations with neutrality, benevolence, and a sense of framework • Coordinate and plan: pilot the planning of trainers and ensure administrative tasks related to training, notably during continuous entries • Ensure the institutional link: act as the interface between the pedagogical team, management, ORP, and institutional partners (including the DGEM), notably preparing reports, evaluations, and the annual collaboration review • Guarantee quality: ensure compliance with standards (EduQua, PDCA) and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and practices Your profile • You place the needs of participants and your team at the center of your practice, with benevolence and a sense of responsibility • You hold a federal diploma in adult education, educational sciences, or an equivalent field, and have proven experience in adult education and pedagogical team management • You master the principles of pedagogical engineering and know learning evaluation tools (CECR, FIDE, internal tools) • Your managerial posture combines benevolence and demand: you know how to lead a team towards excellence without losing the human sense • You communicate with clarity and tact, manage tensions with neutrality, and conduct sensitive interviews with discernment • Your relational and professional adaptability allows you to navigate with ease through continuous entries, unforeseen events, and institutional requirements • Sense of organization and analytical spirit: you manage several priorities at once, anticipate field needs, and propose pragmatic solutions • An asset: experience in professional reintegration (MMT) or in the field of social integration (MIS) • Comfortable with office tools and monitoring platforms What we offer • A meaningful mission within a B Corp certified organization, with a direct and concrete impact on the professional integration of people seeking autonomy • A pivot, autonomous, and varied role, at the heart of a committed, strong, and collaborative pedagogical team, faithful to our values: • Aim for excellence • Invest passionately • Unite to move forward • Cultivate benevolence • Grow every day • A stimulating, human, and flexible working environment, where autonomy and initiative are encouraged. • 5 weeks of vacation per year.
