• You are responsible for leading Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE brand projects in the Swiss market
• As project lead, you lead interdisciplinary working groups and further develop the brand in the Swiss retail market
• You are responsible for the implementation of global communication campaigns and, if necessary, for the conception and implementation of local communication campaigns
• You work closely with the Global Marketing Team on innovation projects and are responsible for their implementation in the Swiss market
• Based on consumer insights, market data and competitive observation, you also pursue local needs, initiate your own projects to develop local activation concepts if necessary, and define the marketing and communication mix for ATL & BTL activities.
• You ensure the interface to sales, production, purchasing and other specialist departments as well as the exchange with external agencies

• You are a winning personality with a lot of drive, who knows how to drive demanding projects forward independently and proactively and to skillfully identify and involve all stakeholders
• Bachelor or Master's degree (Uni/FH) with a specialization in marketing
• At least 5 years of professional experience in brand management of an FMCG company is mandatory
• You work routinely with agencies and have experience in the conception and implementation of complex projects with various stakeholders
• You have good knowledge of the Swiss retail market and consumer needs
• Professional experience in the beverage/soft drink market is an advantage
• You communicate fluently in German and English
• You have good knowledge of the Nielsen database
• You bring commitment, heart and passion for the brand Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE
