What you can achieve ## • You will take over the leadership of the 9-member team and ensure a smooth logistics process at the location. • In the control room, you are the central interface between transport scheduling and the warehouse, monitoring logistics processes and ensuring an efficient flow of information. • You actively communicate with internal and external interfaces and ensure that all parties involved are informed correctly and promptly at all times. • In addition, you provide administrative support, maintain master data in the logistics systems, and process relevant documents for flawless logistics execution. • If necessary, you will roll up your sleeves yourself in the cold storage - whether during picking, loading, in goods receipt, or with empty containers. What you bring with you ## • You have completed training as a Logistiker:in EFZ and already bring personnel leadership experience; ideally supplemented by further training as a Logistikfachmann/-frau with federal diploma. • A strong understanding of processes, rapid recognition of connections, and solution-oriented thinking are among your strengths. • You have a confident manner and convince with a healthy level of assertiveness. • Even in hectic situations, you remain calm, resilient, and flexible - especially during seasonal fluctuations in daily business. • You have very good oral and written German skills; French skills are an advantage. • Very good MS Office skills as well as experience in dealing with logistical IT systems round off your profile.
