Technical and Commercial Manager - Stores 100%

for the beginning of the year 2027.

• CFC as a Store Fitter, Carpenter, Metal Locksmith, or training deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the field of blinds, solar protection, or building enclosure.
• Solid skills in taking measurements, site management, and customer follow-up.
• Excellent technical knowledge of solar protection products.
• Developed commercial sense and ease in interpersonal contacts.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with rigor and autonomy.
• Good administrative knowledge and mastery of standard IT tools.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented personality.
• Perform measurements and technical surveys for customers.
• Accompany and support installation teams on technical and organizational aspects.
• Develop and retain a client portfolio consisting of architects, developers, real estate agencies, and individuals.
• Prepare offers, ensure follow-up of orders, deposits, invoicing, and tenders.
• Organize and coordinate the planning of sites and interventions.
• Ensure material orders and follow-up of supplies.
• Guarantee the quality of implementations as well as compliance with safety standards.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the development of the company.
