Training Officer (M/F)

For our client based in Genève, we are actively looking for a Training Officer (M/F) Your mission ### As a Training Officer, you play a key role in the development of employee skills and actively contribute to the implementation of the company's training strategy. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: • Design, coordinate, and ensure the deployment of training actions and pathways according to identified needs. • Collect, analyze, and monitor skill development needs among managers and teams. • Plan and organize training sessions (in-person, remote, or hybrid) in collaboration with training organizations and external providers. • Ensure the administrative follow-up of training: registrations, summons, agreements, evaluations, and management of associated documentation. • Manage relations with external partners (training organizations, consultants, institutions, and competent authorities). • Monitor training budgets, performance indicators, and produce the necessary reporting for the various stakeholders. • Participate in the continuous improvement of training processes and contribute to HR projects related to talent development and skills management. • Support employees and managers in the use of the training tools and systems made available to them. Your profile ### • Higher education in the field of Human Resources, Training, Management, or an equivalent field. • Proven experience in a similar function, ideally in an international or multi-site environment. • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of English is an asset. • Good command of office tools (MS Office) and training management platforms (LMS) or HRIS. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Ease in coordinating multiple interlocutors and excellent quality of service. • Analytical spirit, sense of planning, and results orientation. • Dynamism, autonomy, proactivity, and a strong ability to work in a team.
