• Create products such as service planning, military call-up tables, or military call-up posters
• Ensure the optimal utilization of infrastructure in the Kommando Operationen and plan, monitor, and evaluate the occupancy of real estate
• Support the development of readiness requirements at the army level and coordinate their implementation in the Kommando Operationen, as well as conduct feasibility studies in the area of readiness
• Maintain the permanent situational picture of the infrastructure in your own area and ensure its timely creation
• Draft statements and process inquiries from military and civilian circles regarding the area of infrastructure and service planning in the Kommando Operationen

What makes you unique

• Higher commercial or technical education with two to three years of function-relevant professional experience
• Experience in project management and/or project collaboration
• Very good IT skills, as well as in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills, very good editorial skills, as well as an independent, responsible, and service-oriented way of working
• Completed training as a staff officer or company commander as well as good knowledge of a second official language

The Kommando Operationen (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and missions of the Swiss Army. Kdo Op includes, among others, the Air Force, the Army, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT competence center, the Special Forces Command, and the Military Police. Around 40 % of the approx. 2,500 employees are civilly employed -- from engineers to aircraft mechanics to analysts.
