• Ensure nursing care and clinical monitoring of patients
• Assess the health status and needs of patients
• Plan and organize care autonomously
• Administer prescribed treatments and ensure their follow-up
• Perform nursing acts relevant to your function
• Ensure the transmission of information and the maintenance of the care record
• Collaborate with doctors, other health professionals, and relatives
• Participate in the continuity and quality of care
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients
• Respect hygiene rules, confidentiality, and current procedures

What we are looking for:

• Holder of a nursing diploma recognized in Switzerland or an equivalent title
• Serious, reliable, and responsible
• Autonomous in the organization of their work
• Possessing good interpersonal skills and a real capacity for listening
• Dynamic, motivated, and involved
• Enjoying teamwork
• Having a sense of priorities and organization
• Wishing to engage in a lasting collaboration and evolve with the activity
