Payroll Specialist with Deputy Function Your tasks Your role in the team Together with the four-member Payroll team, you ensure the correct payroll processing for around 2'200 employees. In this key function, you will also take on the specialist deputy role for the HR-Services team leader. You can expect a dynamic and appreciative environment with plenty of room for development and design. Your main tasks Manage payroll: Independently carry out, control, and maintain mutations for monthly payment and posting runs. Share responsibility: Ensure the comprehensive processing of all payroll topics and represent the HR-Services team leader professionally. Solve special cases: Independently process and handle social security questions. Advise & support: Competently inform employees and managers regarding payroll accounting and time management. Optimize processes: Actively maintain and further develop payroll systems as well as payroll and time management processes. Be a project participant: Help shape the upcoming harmonization of the payroll systems and employment conditions (including pension fund) of Domicil and Spitex. Your profile Sound practice as an HR/Payroll Specialist with profound knowledge and networked thinking. (Project) experience in the area of system or condition harmonization is a great plus. Reliable, exact, independent, and strong in service orientation. Team player, flexible, and ready to take on more professional responsibility.
