For our client, an innovative industrial company while being anchored in local heritage, we are looking for a Chief Accountant to work directly with the CFO.
Chief Accountant - Fribourg
As part of an organizational transformation, your functions are broad and exciting: accompanied by your team, you will manage general accounting, treasury, and all internal controls through the production of financial statements, the analysis of risks, and company performance.
More specifically, with your team you are in charge of:

• Supervising the entire accounting cycle including stocks and inventories, managing monthly, quarterly and annual closings...
• Supervision and validation of provisions, depreciation...
• Supervising quarterly VAT returns
• Monitoring cash flows and bank positions
• Short, medium and long term forecasting
• Cash Management
• Management of financial risks, being the partner and interlocutor for the banks
• Steering of internal control
• Key user of the ERP
• Federal Diploma or Chartered Accountant
• 10 years minimum experience ideally in industry or with industrial clients if you are in Big 4 or a fiduciary
• French - Professional English, German an asset
• Proficiency in IT tools - key user ERP
• Salary to be discussed, ideally 120/130K CHF
