Job Description ##

• Support of customers, business partners and medical professionals
• Receipt and processing of customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries and returns
• Coordination of order processing with internal service centers and logistics partners
• Maintenance of customer, article and order data in ERP and CRM systems
• Processing of delivery status inquiries as well as internal and external queries
• Support with administrative tasks and projects for process optimization

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Care or Order Management
• Proficient German skills as well as good English and French skills, Italian is an advantage
• Strong communication and service orientation
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and high initiative
• Very good MS-Office skills as well as affinity for ERP and CRM systems
