Group Manager (all) - Energy Division

Your tasks

• Responsible for the execution of assigned work
• Ensuring the scheduling and operational readiness of assigned resources
• Order-related material orders and inspections of incoming goods
• Responsible for compliance with all safety regulations at the work sites, ensuring quality, time specifications, regulations and standards, error reporting to the responsible office
• Timely recording of hourly work and measurements
• Monitoring and controlling the time recording of employees
• Assistance with the training and further education of employees and apprentices
• Support for the Chief Fitter during performance reviews with employees

Your expertise

• Completed apprenticeship as a Network Electrician EFZ or approx. 5 years of experience as a Network Fitter
• Leadership experience, possibly with corresponding further training
• Flair for organization and personnel planning
• Independent, cooperative and responsible
• Team player and orderly
• In possession of driver's license Kat. B/BE
