The third largest psychiatric clinic in the Canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for the inpatient basic psychiatric care of the eastern Berner Oberland. In the PZJE (Psychiatry Center for Young Adults), we treat young adults, aged between 16 and 25, with illnesses from the entire spectrum of psychiatry with extensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. The center comprises 30 beds, with the center being divided into a crisis intervention area and a psychotherapy area. Treatment is carried out according to the latest evidence-based medical, therapeutic, and nursing state of knowledge.
