When others just shake their heads, you really turn it up. Our client is an established, internationally active industrial company with around 40 employees. The company develops, produces, and distributes technically sophisticated special solutions for various industrial applications. The products are used in demanding areas such as the pharmaceutical, food, and process industries, among others, and are distributed worldwide. The Customer Service and Service* area is an important part of the company and is characterized by a high level of customer orientation and technical expertise. To strengthen the team of around six people, we are looking for a reliable, team-oriented, and independent personality. Your tasks • Performing versatile mechanical work such as turning, drilling, milling, and other processing methods as well as welding work • Assembly and commissioning of mechanical assemblies and components • Assembly and processing of rotating components including performing measurement, testing, and quality controls • Support during revisions, repairs, and the replacement of machine components • Analysis and rectification of predominantly mechanical malfunctions • Performance of maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on machines and technical systems • Execution of further mechanical work in cooperation with internal specialist departments, manufacturers, and external partners • If interested and appropriately suitable, occasional support for service assignments in Switzerland and abroad Your profile • Completed training as a polymechanic, machine mechanic, machine locksmith, assembly mechanic, or a comparable technical training • Several years of professional experience in machine and plant maintenance as well as in mechanical assembly • Experience in handling rotating machines and components is an advantage • Practical experience in the service and repair sector is desirable • Good knowledge of German and French • Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working • Flexibility, initiative, and enjoyment of varied technical tasks • You are a pronounced practical person with broad mechanical expertise and like to roll up your sleeves • Pleasant and uncomplicated interaction with colleagues, customers, and external partners What awaits you • Varied and versatile activity with an interesting combination of mechanics, assembly, maintenance, and service • Comprehensive and careful induction into the new area of responsibility • Independent work with varied technical challenges • Familiar and collegial working environment • 5 weeks of vacation, from the age of 40, 27 vacation days, and from the age of 50, 6 weeks of vacation • 40-hour week and progressive employment conditions • Possibility for occasional service assignments in Switzerland and in European countries abroad • Free parking • Good connections to public transport Interested?*- Then I look forward to your application.
