YOUR TASKS ## • You look after our private patients and HP patients in non-medical matters, organize and fulfill the wishes and needs of the private patients • You receive and bid farewell to our private patients and are responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction as well as for supporting the departments with complaints • You maintain a good working atmosphere and optimal cooperation with all departments • Administrative activities and the management as well as the active work with the CRM round off your task profile • The 70% workload is distributed over five working days per week YOUR PROFILE ## • You have completed training in the field of hospitality or several years of professional experience in the field of Guest Relations • You are a communicative, service-oriented and outgoing personality • You are proficient in the use of modern IT infrastructure and have an independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working • You enjoy working in a team and are flexibly deployable • Impeccable German skills in speaking and writing are required, any additional language is an advantage Perhaps we have exactly the right thing for you!
