Accountant 50% - 60% with responsibility and scope for design

You are at home in finance and accounting, enjoy working independently and want to actively improve processes? Then you might be a good fit for us. We are an independent Swiss family business and are looking for a committed personality at our location in Aesch BL for Flaigg AG, Synopac AG and our holding company to independently manage our financial and payroll accounting and to help shape the further development of processes.

Your tasks

• Independent management of the financial accounting of our three companies
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements up to closing readiness in cooperation with our fiduciary
• Independent execution of payroll accounting
• Recognition and implementation of improvements, as well as opportunities for digitalization and automation
• Optional: Support in personnel administration and social media presence

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training as well as federal diploma or further training in finance and accounting
• Sound experience in financial and payroll accounting (proficient in closing)
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Joy in digital solutions and the optimization of processes
• Ability to bring complex relationships simply to the point
