As part of our growth strategy, we have the following position to fill:

Designer with technical responsibility 80-100% (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Development and design of components, assemblies and technical solutions
• Creation and maintenance of 3D models, technical drawings and bills of materials
• Technical responsibility for the design area as well as ensuring quality and compliance with technical specifications
• Coordination and support in technical projects and constructive tasks
• Implementation of feasibility studies
• Optimization of existing designs and processes
• Technical support and advice to employees on technical questions
• Supervision, support and training of our apprentices in the field of design

Your profile:

• Completed training as Konstrukteur/in EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in design (ideally in the field of high pressure and hydraulics)
• Sound knowledge of CAD (preferably Inventor)
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in taking on technical responsibility and in working in a team
• Interest in the training and promotion of apprentices and employees
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility and a high level of quality awareness
