You will become the technical contact person for our customers, recognize potentials, develop relationships, and help to further develop Mandatec.

Your focus will be on:

• Acquisition of new customers and projects as well as support and development of existing customers
• Technical consulting and finding solutions
• Creation and follow-up of offers
• Planning and implementation of targeted marketing measures and actions

In addition, you can take on additional responsibility in business analysis and corporate development with the core team.

What you bring – Sales experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

More important to us than experience are your commitment, your character, and your motivation to grow together.

• Basic technical education (e.g., polymechanic, production mechanic)
• Joy in dealing with people, high social competence, and strong communication skills
• Proven experience in professional interaction with external business partners
• Initiative, willingness to learn, as well as team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Proficient German as well as further language skills (French, English) are an advantage
• Valid driving license category B and high willingness to travel
