Bühnen Bern, with its ensembles in drama, dance and musical theatre, as well as the Berner Symphonieorchester, is one of the largest multi-genre houses in Switzerland. Thanks to the commitment of our around 500 employees and 200 guest artists, we bring an average of 400 performances, special events and concerts to the stage per playing season.

Facts• 1–3 shifts per week in the Stadttheater Bern and in the Vidmarhallen Liebefeld • predominantly evenings from Thursday to Sunday• Employment on an hourly wage
Your role with us• Active care and advice for our guests• Sale of our F&B offering with charm, charisma and enthusiasm• Collaboration at various occasions and events including preparation and follow-up• Co-responsibility for general cleaning and maintenance work
This is you• You already have initial service and bar experience• You communicate appreciatively at eye level, convince through your charm and have a stylish way of expression• You are spontaneous, flexible, resilient and reliable and are enthusiastic about the world of culture• You are a responsible and loyal personality aged 20 or older• Languages: German, Swiss German and English
