YOUR MISSION ###

• You autonomously manage complex situations of incapacity for work, from initial analysis to professional reintegration
• Thanks to your sense of coordination, you ensure the link between the insured, employers, doctors, social insurances, and other network stakeholders
• You develop realistic and effective reintegration strategies allowing the accompanied persons to find their place in the professional world sustainably
• Through your proactive and results-oriented approach, you contribute to limiting the human and financial impact of incapacity for work
• As a true trusted partner, you represent Groupe Mutuel to our clients and external partners

Your qualities ####

• French is your mother tongue and you have very good knowledge of German, allowing you to communicate with ease both orally and in writing
• Faced with complex situations, you quickly analyze the stakes and identify the most relevant levers for action
• Thanks to your charisma and communication skills, you know how to positively influence exchanges and promote the search for solutions
• You demonstrate autonomy in managing your files while appreciating collaboration and the sharing of experiences
• The human element occupies a central place in your approach, without ever losing sight of the objectives to be achieved

Your experience ####

• You benefit from higher education in the field of support, human resources, or a field deemed equivalent
• A federal diploma of specialist in social insurances, a CAS in Case Management, or a comparable training constitutes a serious asset
• Several years of experience have allowed you to accompany persons in incapacity for work, to coordinate interdisciplinary networks, and to establish a relationship of trust with various interlocutors
• Medical knowledge or a good understanding of the Swiss social insurance system represents an additional advantage
• You have a driver's license and a personal vehicle
