Social educator in a company CDD - 60-100% - Gland

Rafisa is, above all, a motivated team, a dynamic and social company, committed to inclusive training for people affected by autism. For a duration of 7 months (starting from 1st October or as agreed), we wish to hire a social educator for our site in Gland to cover a leave of absence from the incumbent. If "accompany and support" is part of your mindset and is a passion, then this position is for you: Social educator in a company (m/f) CDD (7 months) \- 60\-100% \- Gland (Vaud) with potential extension in CDD or CDI depending on the evolution of the site. You are a motivated person and ready to take on the challenge in this fixed-term mission with the support of a committed and cohesive team. Your job in a few words: you ensure socio-pedagogical supervision and work autonomously. Within a small team, you daily apply our support concept with activities, workshops and methodological and didactic projects. You actively support our learners and train social skills and professional soft skills with them. Our work takes place in close collaboration with sector actors (vocational schools, inter-company courses) as well as partner companies.
