You will work in a responsible leadership function, in which you apply your expertise with passion, develop teams, and ensure a high quality of care. As the non-profit foundation RaJoVita, with our over 355 employees in the four care facilities Meienberg, Bühl, Bürgerspital and Porthof, the Grünfels daycare center, as well as the Spitex, we ensure comprehensive and integrated healthcare in the city of Rapperswil-Jona. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Team Leader 80-100% Position to be filled / Your tasks: Your tasks • Professional and personnel leadership of the team (23-27 employees) • Ensuring professional, individual care and support of the residents • Contact person for relatives, customers and internal stakeholders • Processing of critical incidents and ensuring solution-oriented communication • Planning and approval of duty rosters as well as deployment planning • Recruitment and induction of new employees in cooperation with HR and the site management • Conducting employee appraisals, development and measure discussions • Leading team meetings and case discussions; promoting a positive team dynamic • Supporting the training coordinators in dealing with trainees • Active participation in the change process with regard to the move to the Pflegezentrum Schachen • Collaboration in projects and specialist groups Your profile • Training as a Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF or FH • Proven leadership experience, ideally with further training in Leadership in healthcare • Sound professional competence in long-term care • High social competence, empathy and communication strength – You are a role model that creates trust • Willingness to participate operationally in care • Enjoyment of teamwork, development and change Our offer • Responsible leadership task in a care center with high quality of care • Attractive employment conditions: Discounted meals in the staff restaurant, free drinks & fruit, birthday and Christmas gifts, staff events, internal leadership development, 40/60 PK contributions, free flu vaccination, as well as numerous discounts (fitness subscription, Corporate Benefits etc.) • Chance to actively participate in the further development of the care center and to help shape the relocation to the new Pflegezentrum Schachen in 2027 Have we aroused your interest?
