Your tasks

• Implementation of an additional intensive framework: For the creation of a new intensive residential group, we are looking for motivated and committed staff
• Intensive and meaningful accompaniment: Agogical accompaniment of people with cognitive and psychological impairments as well as difficult behaviors (HEVE) - both in daily life and in the organization of the daily structure
• Theoretically guided work: Enable self-determination and participation in daily life based on functional health
• Professional participation: Organizational and professional management of processes as well as interdisciplinary collaboration on equal footing
• Presence: Responsibility for care services, evenings and weekends

Your profile

• Professional foundation: Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH or a comparable field
• Personality: Taste for challenge and personal development
• Desire for inclusion: Ability to recognize and actively promote inclusion even in difficult accompaniment contexts
• Respectful and supportive: A structured and supported integration phase with coaching and internal training to prepare for accompaniment. Furthermore, active support in case of boundary violations via the violence reporting service, taking into account the Grisons standard and professional follow-up.
