Your Task ##

• Infrastructure and server management
• 3rd-level support and system status: Function as the highest escalation point for complex infrastructure problems in on-premises and GCP environments.
• Standards and documentation: Definition of technical guidelines, including naming conventions, IPAM, and measures for system security.
• Active participation in the 24/7 IT on-call service. Readiness to carry out maintenance work outside of regular business hours and occasionally travel to resorts to perform tasks on-site.

Your Profile ##

• Sound education with a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or a vocational qualification in the field of computer science (EFZ/HF/FH)
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the areas of cloud, infrastructure, and/or IT security/governance
• Attitude: You are a solution-oriented team player with a practical mentality who understands security as a service for the company.
• You communicate confidently in German and speak English fluently.
• Additional experience in software development and/or further certifications (in the corresponding areas) are an advantage.
