Dispatcher (w/m/d)

Reprojet is the leading Swiss provider in the field of ultra-high pressure water jetting up to 3000 bar and the specialist in the areas of concrete renovation, cleaning, cement skin removal, fair-faced concrete processing, as well as concrete removal from coatings up to large volumes for tunnels, bridges, buildings, etc.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable dispatcher (m/w/d) with technical understanding and mechanical knowledge. In this versatile function, you are responsible for the optimal deployment planning of personnel, machines, and vehicles at our construction sites.

Tasks ###

What tasks await you as a dispatcher (w/m/d)?

• Dispatching and coordination of construction machinery, vehicles, employees & the workshop
• Organization of maintenance, repair, and service work with the workshop
• Planning, monitoring, and optimization of daily operations
• Ensuring efficient utilization of the machine and vehicle fleet
• Contact person for suppliers & employees
• Support & participation in technical clarifications and fault rectification
• Compliance with safety, quality, and deadline specifications

Requirements ###

What requirements do you bring as a dispatcher (w/m/d)?

• Strong technical or manual experience, preferably as a mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, truck mechanic or comparable
• Good mechanical and technical knowledge
• Professional experience in dispatching, logistics or in the main construction or construction sub-trade

vantageous

• Organizational talent as well as solution-oriented and independent way of working integrated into a team
• Resilience and assertiveness even in hectic situations
• Good PC user skills
• Driver's license Cat. B, other categories advantageous
• German in speech and writing
