Job Description
As a Shift Coordinator, you are the central point of contact for your team and our guests. You organize and lead your shift, ensure smooth operations, and make sure that everyone feels comfortable and safe. You motivate your crew, lend a hand everywhere, and bring positive energy to every shift. You lead by example, pay attention to food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene, and are always ready to coach and support your team.
Main Tasks
Organization and leadership of your shift for a smooth restaurant experience
Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and the team
Adherence to high standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene
Supporting the team in hectic moments - whether in the kitchen, at the counter, or in the restaurant
Promoting teamwork and motivating the crew
Open communication and conflict management with empathy and respect
Use of planning and management tools (registers, orders, inventory)
Support of training and development initiatives
Requirements
Reliable, responsible, and positive personality
Enjoyment of working with people and in a team
Open, empathetic, and respectful communication
Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn
Analytical and tech-savvy
Resilient, flexible, and optimistic
Good knowledge of the national language
