On behalf of our client, a dynamic human-sized fiduciary located in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a Mandate Manager to strengthen a committed and service-oriented team.
This position offers great autonomy as well as direct contact with a diverse clientele of SMEs.
Your responsibilities:
Autonomous management of an SME client portfolio
General bookkeeping and preparation of annual closings
Preparation of financial statements
Preparation and monitoring of VAT returns
Payroll and social insurance management
Preparation of periodic statements
Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
Advice and support for clients in their accounting and administrative issues
Your profile:
Diploma in accounting, federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent training
Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a fiduciary
Mastery of accounting software (Abacus, Winbiz, Bexio or equivalent)
Excellent mastery of French
You are an autonomous, discreet and rigorous person, capable of working with reliability and professionalism
Sense of responsibility and ability to manage several mandates simultaneously
Start date: ideally during August 2026
3-month temporary mission with eventual possibility of permanent employment (CDI) afterwards.
