Clerk Finance and Accounting 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

Our client, an owner-managed trading company for raw materials. The products are delivered to business and private customers in Central Switzerland. These value reliability, flexibility, and a long-term partnership. To complement the team, we are looking for an independent and trustworthy personality.

Your tasks

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable including payment transactions and dunning management for two companies
• Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements (OR) in cooperation with the fiduciary
• Managing the dunning process
• Preparing VAT returns per quarter
• Processing expense reports as well as performing cash reconciliations
• Creating reports and statistics
• If suitable and interested, managing personnel and payroll administration as a deputy
• Carrying out general administrative activities

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Further training in finance and accounting
• Knowledge in the areas of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Ideally experience in personnel and payroll administration
• Reliability, diligence, and a structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) as well as experience with Infoniqa 50
• German: proficient (C2)
