Experienced Baker

We are looking for an experienced Baker to complete our team

Profile:
-Diploma in bakery or equivalent experience
-Sense of detail and organization
-Passion for craftsmanship and respect for traditions
-Good communication and ability to work in a team
-Flexibility in schedules: including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Main missions:
-Preparation of different types of bread
-Setting up and monitoring fermentations
-Mastery of baking
-Quality control of raw materials and finished products
-Maintenance and cleaning of equipment
-Management of raw material stocks
