Your tasks:

Holistic care of the residents in the sense of the mission statement and the nursing process planning in the apartments in the house and on the nursing department

Planning and conducting case discussions

Responsible for creating the nursing plans and the evaluation of nursing services

Performing treatment-oriented nursing and medical-technical activities
Regularly taking over daily responsibility

Taking over a topic carrier & implementation of the topic in the team

Your profile:

Federal Certificate of Proficiency as a Healthcare Specialist (FAGE EFZ)

Experience in long-term care

Confident communication in the German language

Enjoyment of working independently, coordinating and organizing and desire for challenges

Teamwork skills, warmth and an empathetic basic attitude
