We work on the nursing wards according to Lean principles. Visual management, work leveling, and continuous improvement are our priorities.

Your tasks
During the two-year part-time postgraduate course to become a Dipl. Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF with a focus on pediatrics / neonatology, you will care for complexly ill infants and premature babies from the 23rd week of pregnancy.
You are involved in internal and external retrieval transports with the ambulance, as well as REGA transports domestically and abroad.
You appreciate the challenge of dealing with complex and changing situations and master them with professional skill.
Teaching and coaching are provided by vocational training and accompanied by specialists. As a student, you are assigned to the neonatology of KSA AG in the first and fourth semesters and to the intensive care unit of the Universitäts-Kinderspital Zürich in the second and third semesters.
Theoretical education is provided by the educational provider Z-INA (Höhere Fachschule Intensiv-, Notfall- und Anästhesiepflege in Zürich).
Your profile
You are a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or have a foreign diploma in nursing recognized by the SBFI and professional experience of at least 6 months in acute care.
You are a committed, open-minded personality and perceive changing situations and interdisciplinary cooperation as an interesting challenge.
You possess the C1 language level.
